Jalapeno poppers

10 Jalapenos
cream cheese
bacon

Wash jalapenos and cut off tops. Slice jalapenos lengthwise and de-seed. Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese then wrap in bacon. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until bacon is cooked.

TIP: Wear gloves when cutting and deseeding jalapenos! (I found this out first hand when I made a double batch and decided to save the seeds. My hands burned on and off until the next morning! ~ Marie-Anne )

OOOHHH!!! I LOVE jalapeno poppers but can't eat them right now because I have had an ulcer for about 4 weeks. It still hasn't healed but hope it will soon so I can eat my spicy foods again lol! :)
