We picked a very windy day to visit Death Valley National Park. So windy, in fact, that we weren't able to go on a long hike. We stopped the car a couple of times to get pictures by the road. We also climbed to the top of a short, but steep lookout. Thankfully it was mostly protected from the stinging sand.
Death Valley is truly a beautiful place.
We also stopped by the Visitor's Center. Sabrina participated in the Jr. Ranger Program. We also got some loot from the gift shop.
We saved some of the kids' birthday money to help pay for this trip.
