We stopped at Petland, which is something we have not done in a very long time. Sabrina asked to hold the parrot, with me across the store. The bird bit her on the cheek, but didn't break the skin. Then it crawled on her back and tried to eat her hair. By the time I got to her the worker already got the bird off of her. Thankfully she only has a mark on her face. After I got her calmed down I told her to never hold the animals again without my permission. I would have given it, but I also would have been there to help her sooner.
The sweet worker let Sabrina play with a very expensive puppy to help calm her down.
