Yesterday we went to Alexander Villas Park. We went there for a church potluck when we first got here, but we didn’t use the playground. I went with Tammy and her two boys. The playground has the normal layout of two playgrounds and swings, but it sits on a hill overlooking the ballpark. It was so nice! The bathrooms were covered in graffiti and there were a few homeless people hanging around the fence, so I won’t go by myself.
We met at 9:30 and left at 1:30 and didn’t even realize we’d been there that long! Time flew by. Every one got along great and had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and almost all the kids there were about Alex’s age. It was a great way to spend the entire morning.
