Alex, Sabrina, and I stopped at Acacia Park one day before their class at Seedling Theatre. This park has demonstration gardens and people feed the wildlife. The ground squirrels will get uncomfortably close to you.
I'm not sure what the animal in the last picture is. It looks like a chinchilla, so maybe somebody released unwanted pets. There were two of them. We also saw a rat, but I wasn't able to get a picture.
