Yesterday was a great day to go walking at the Wetlands Park! There was a nice breeze- it was just wonderful!
It was the first time we saw turtles at the park. We were also surprised to see crawfish! Of course, there were lots of rabbits, a humming bird, quail, and a jack rabbit too.
Family hikes are a wonderful way for us to spend time together and get some exercise.
As you all know I love nature! I am even more determined to get my kids out in nature since reading Last Child In the Woods.
