Games and other ways to spend time togetherr one-on-one
Frank and I enjoyed playing Qwirkle Rummy. We also have been running errands together sometimes, like dropping a kid off then we have time to talk just us afterward.
Sabrina and I played Flipolo. We also have been watching YouTube videos she likes and a few I like like together.
Alex and I played Food Fighters. We have also spend more time just chatting about what's important to him.

Chess Club
Chess Club is always a lot of fun. This was the first time my little buddy gave me a hug. He was super excited and happy that I helped him put a puzzle together.

Game Night
I am reading a book about taking care of the home and family. It mentioned spending individual time with each member of the family. I realized that although we do that on a regular basis and we spend lots of time together as a family, I haven't been doing it on a day to day level. So I picked some quick games and played a few games one-on-one with each member of the family. We all really enjoyed it.
Racko with Frank. Frank won once and I won once.
Guess Who Card Game with Sabrina, who soundly beat me both games.
Pizza Party with Alex. He won once and I won once.

Ms. Sharon
Ms. Sharon's son moved to Colorado and she just moved to a nursing home near him. We will miss her.

Nerf Capture the Flag at the Library
Alex and Sabrina were quite happy that the library hosted an after hours Nerf Capture the Flag Event again this year. They both had a great time.

P.S. Frank and I walked to the restaurant next door for a date while the kids played.
Kid size kitchen utensils
I found these kid size kitchen utensils at Dollar Tree. They are much cheaper and better made than prepackaged play kitchen toys.

Preparing for a 5K
Our next 5K is later this month. We have been going to run or walk at the park several times a week.
